Our Tuscan Kale Salad was the first dish that Dr. Weil made to prove that good-for-you food can also taste delicious. The salad is made using organic Black Tuscan Kale, one of the most nutrient-dense leafy greens you can eat, full of antioxidants, vitamins, and potassium. We pamper our organic kale with a special lemon massage, which helps soften the kale. We top the salad with our refreshing kale dressing and sprinkle in breadcrumbs & parmesan.
